Our process is unique.
We work “infield”— fully immersing ourselves in the school and district as opposed to relying solely on virtual consultations or occasional training sessions.
This is rooted in the deep belief, experience and research base that job-embedded modeling, practice and coaching is what changes human behaviors and builds skill.
After a 1-2 day diagnostic visit, we create a plan of action with the leader(s) that includes deliverables and goals achieved through activities such as:
Bi-weekly or monthly site visits to examine the intersections of student task+teacher practice+leader practice and to provide real time job embedded modeling and coaching to leaders.
Targeted professional development series for school or district leaders and follow-up visits to examine, model and coach in real-time on implementation.
Weekly virtual coaching that leverages video of leader practice and other artifacts.
